fanping Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)

Operated by: Antrium GmbH (“Antrium”, “we”, “us”, “our”) Service: fanping (the “Service”) Version: 2.0 Effective Date: July 18, 2026

These standards describe how fanping prevents, prohibits, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to the entire Service: the Fan App (iOS and Android), the Creator Dashboard, and all delivered content. They form part of our Terms of Service (Sections 5 and 6) and should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. Zero tolerance

We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors, including CSAM, grooming, sexual extortion, the solicitation of minors, and the trafficking of children. This prohibition is absolute. It applies to every user, every feature, and every connected integration, and it applies regardless of whether the content is illegal in the user’s own jurisdiction. Violations lead to immediate content removal and account termination.

2. An 18+ service by design

fanping is an 18+ service. It is not directed to children, anyone under 18 may not use it, and we record an 18+ confirmation at sign-up. The platform’s design further limits CSAE risk:

  • There is no user-to-user messaging, no direct messages, no chat, and no contact between fans.

  • Users cannot upload images or any other media. Pings are limited to short text, a single link, and a fixed template.

  • All ping text and display-name changes are screened by an automated content-safety service before delivery, including for sexual-content categories; links are screened by a link-safety service, and links to a defined set of recognized platforms may be exempted from link screening. If content exceeds safety thresholds, or if the screening service cannot be reached, the content is blocked (fail-closed).

  • Profile images shown through optional integrations are hosted and moderated by the originating platform (for example Twitch) under that platform’s own child-safety rules.

3. In-app reporting

Any user can report a creator or an individual ping directly in the app, including for child-safety concerns. Reports are reviewed by a human; child-safety reports are prioritised. The reporter’s identity is never disclosed to the reported account. Reports can also be sent to us at any time by email (Section 6).

4. Enforcement and response to CSAM

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE content or conduct on the Service, we:

  1. remove the content and terminate the offending account immediately;

  2. preserve the relevant evidence in accordance with applicable law (see our Privacy Policy, Section 12.1); and

  3. report confirmed CSAM to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the responsible national authority (in Austria, the Meldestelle für Kinderpornografie und Sextourismus at the Bundeskriminalamt), in accordance with applicable law.

We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through lawful process.

5. Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations, including the relevant provisions of Austrian and EU law and, where applicable to us as a service provider, reporting obligations concerning apparent CSAM. We review these standards and our internal procedures regularly and update them as the Service or the law changes.

6. Designated child safety contact

Our designated child safety point of contact can speak to our CSAE prevention, review, and enforcement practices and can take action where required:

Antrium GmbH, Child Safety Hackhofergasse 1, 1190 Vienna, Austria Email: [email protected]

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.
